On reservation, we offer you a table d'hôtes service for lunch and dinner in a friendly atmosphere with traditional dishes that are emblematic of our region. Fresh produce from our garden and as much as possible from organic producers in our region. For lunch, they are simple plates in a "Snack-chic" spirit on the edge from the pool, or in the gardens in the shade of a hundred-year-old magnolia while staring at the hills and surrounding vineyards. Our ice creams, smoothies and pastries are also homemade.

Our cellar houses more than one nugget to flirt with your palate. The opportunity to discover the wines of a selection of wine growers who are passionate about the coasts of Castillon, Saint Emilion, and Bordeaux in general.

We offer on reservation a table d'hotes lunch or dinner service in a friendly spirit with traditional dishes of our region.

We use as much as possible fresh fruit and vegetables from our garden and organic products from local producers.

For lunch, simple dishes in a Snacking-chic spirit, are served by the pool or in the garden under the shade of a centuries-old maniolia while resting your eyes on the hills and the surrounding vineyards.

Our ice creams, smoothies and desserts are also homemade.


Whether you prefer sweet or sour dishes, we can propose practical and fun cooking classes open to all levels and where everybody participates. 

We will teach you basic cooking techniques and gesture to help you understand how we prepare  the dishes of our table d'hôtes, but also other simple and delicious recipes that are typical of our area’s know-how. 
You will for example learn how to prepare your own foie gras, a scallop carpaccio, or bake the well-known “canelés’ from Bordeaux… or other more exotic dishes from all around the world.

The cooking classes last about 2 hours and end with a tasting with the Chef of the dishes cooked  - Cooking lessons are individual or group, tailor-made and by reservation only -


To learn to talk about wine, it is not necessary to use a tedious technical vocabulary, on the contrary it is advisable to express the sensations perceived with simplicity. 
For novices and connoisseurs alike, this initiation allows you to discover the stages of tasting as well as the professionals. To know how to describe the colour of a wine, to smell its perfume, to taste its flavours. To better understand the work of the winegrower, the winemaking process...
You will learn to talk about wine as the Art of Living!  To match the flavours of the dishes with those of the wines, to combine textures, tastes, or on the contrary to play on contrasts. Valuable advice to guide you in the choice of your wines to delight your taste buds and your guests.
